The Garcinia bottle you take two pills a day. The slender bottle you take 4, two before breakfast (or if you're like me and you don't eat breakfast then whenever your FIRST meal is)! Then you take two with last meal of the day. I personally know nothing about diet/ weight loss pills so bare with them. This is my honest, unbiased review. On each bottle it states " do not take for more than 15 days"!I don't if this was normal or not but after taking these for 2 days I had the worst cramps. Thankfully they lasted one day ( a day too long)! Since then I haven't experienced them again ( yes I am still taking these pills, its been 2.5 weeks). I did loose 4 lbs in the first 2 weeks. Yay me!!!! These pills definitely decreased my appetite- by a lot! Usually I am so droopy and tired all of the time because between the hubby and baby they both drive me insane, but I've noticed while taking these my energy levels have increased. I feel more awake and ready to take on the world! So overall, I guess I recommend this product especially to new mommies who are struggling loosing weight!
